
Professional Training
Medical Care Development wants to be your first choice to provide quality training programs for your organization. We strive for customer service and will put YOU first in meeting all of your training needs.
Must be 18 years of age and have a 10th grade education and be able to read and write English.
Attend all scheduled classes and successfully
complete all course requirements. Anyone failing an exam must repeat
the entire class.

Pre-registration is required (which includes payment in full by check, money order or Visa/Mastercard). Walk-ins not allowed. Registrations can be made by fax at (207) 623-3688 or by mail using the registration form (photocopy as needed). Confirmations will be mailed within two business days. A separate registration form must be completed for each course you would like to attend. Make checks payable to Medical Care Development, Inc., and mail to:

Cancellation Policy:
The price of the class is non-refundable unless a two (2) day
notice is given by calling (207) 622-7566, ext. 217 or e-mail standish@mcd.org
Storm Cancellations:
A recorded message announcing weather related cancellations will be available
the day of the class after 6:15 a.m. by calling (207) 622-7566, ext. 217.

Smoking Policy:
There is no smoking on any training facility grounds.
Late
or Unable to Attend:
All trainings are scheduled to start at the times indicated on
the confirmation letter. Any MCD employee arriving late to a mandatory
training, depending on the circumstances, may be asked to leave.
Therefore, if the employee is going to be late or is unable to attend the
training, prompt notification before class begins is required. In
addition, facilities will be billed for late student arrivals who are asked to
leave or do not show up for a class. Please note that supervisors must
register all employees for training and that the employee must be on
instructor's class list, unless otherwise specified.
