Evaluation of the Bangui Community Hospital and the Medical and Sciences Faculty Project (1997)
MCDI was contracted to conduct the evaluation of the African Development Bank (AfDB)-funded Bangui Community Hospital and Health Faculty Project.
The services provided by MCDI included, but were not limited to, the following:
- Completed an audit of all project activities and accounts, which included AfDB and Government participation
- Evaluated the hospital's construction and equipment
- Evaluated a proposed construction and equipment-procurement plan
- Evaluated the contribution of the hospital to the Government's Primary Health Care program
- Evaluated the programs and curriculum offered at Bangui University
